    It *was*. I hated that.

    In more detail, the process was:

    [o] record with Evernote
    [o] upload to the Evernote cloud
    [o] save the URL
    [o] visit the URL
    [o] download .amr recording
    [o] copy file to USB stick
    [o] take stick to another pc with VLC
    [o] use VLC to convert to .mp3
    [o] copy to USB stick
    [o] bring it back to pc that has Telegram.

    Later, a google for "backberry q10 record how" provided a
    clue.

    I've never used the Blackberry (BB) for recording anything
    before. The "app" on the BB to record something was not
    obvious to me.
