MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Baked Cauliflower Bites

Yield: 1 Batch

1 cn Condensed cream of mushroom
- soup
1/2 ts Onion powder
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 Cauliflower (4-1/2 c);
- cut into florets
1/4 c Swiss cheese;
- finely shredded
1/4 c Parmesan cheese;
- finely shredded
1/4 c Plain dry bread crumbs

Heat oven to 400°F.

Line rimed baking sheet with parchment.

Stir the soup, onion powder, and dry mustard in large bowl. Add the
cauliflower and toss to coat. Place coated cauliflower on baking
sheet. Stir the cheeses and bread crumbs in bowl. Sprinkle over the
cauliflower.

Bake 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is lightly browned and
tender.
