    Title: Vegan Mincemeat

    Yield: 6 Cups

    2 c Raisins (300 g); slightly
    -heaping
    1 c Currants (160 g); slightly
    -rounded
    1 c Dried cranberries (140 g);
    -slightly rounded
    1/2 c Dried blueberries (100 g)
    1/2 c Dried cherries (80 g)
    1/2 c Dried figs (80 g); chopped
    1 c Slivered almonds (140 g)
    -(optional)
    2 Lemons; zest and juice of
    2 Oranges; zest and juice of
    1 lg Apple; grated
    1 1/2 c Coconut sugar or brown
    -sugar (225 g)
    3 ts Ground allspice
    1 ts Ground cinnamon
    1 ts Ground ginger
    2 ts Fresh rosemary; chopped
    -finely
    1 1/2 c Port (375 ml)

    Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 90 minutes

    deliciousness! If you're looking for a mincemeat without suet recipe
    then I've got you covered! This is a Christmas staple that is really
    easy to make & can be used in all of your festive baking. It's also
    perfect for gifting.

    Set oven to 200°F (93°C)

    Put all of the ingredients except the port in a large ovenproof bowl
    or casserole and mix together well.

    Cover tightly with tin foil or a lid and place in the oven. Leave to
    warm in the oven for 90 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

    Add the port and stir really well.

    Transfer the mixture into clean jars. Be sure to sterilize them if
    you will be storing for an extended period.
