Hi All,
I've got a bumber crop of parsley, basil and chives. In the past
I have attempted using the dehydrator function on my instapot but
the instapot is best used as a pressure cooker and nothing else IMO.
Oh, the "air fryer" attachment mine has is good for baking biscuits when
you don't want to heat the house.
So anyway, I'm picking up a dehydrator from the local discount store
and wondered the groups thoughts on the best way to dry and store
them. ie: After they are dried should I blitz them in the chopper to
make a powder? Is the manual correct (normally) for times on drying
herbs or does anyone have a better time?
Basically I need to justify more space for another gadget without Andrea
losing her beautiful mind and throwing me out of the apartment.
