Title: Cucumber And Pineapple Achar

1 sm Cucumber (200 g); peeled,
-deseeded and diced
1/4 Pineapple (150 g); peeled
-and diced
1 Red chili; thinly sliced
1 sm Onion; sliced
2 tb Lime juice
1 tb Sugar
1/4 ts Salt

Combine all the ingredients in a small salad bowl. Keeps refrigerated
for 3 days. Serve as a condiment with spicy rice and chicken.
