Title: Nut Sauce

Yield: 1 Batch
2 tb Butter; melted
4 ts Arrowroot
1/2 ts Vegetable seasoning
2 c Milk or nut milk
3 tb Nut butter; up to 4 tb
1 Egg yolk (optional)
Melt butter in double boiler.
Stir in arrowroot and seasoning off heat.
Add milk gradually, mixing smooth. Cook, stirring, over hot water
until smooth and thick.
Stir in nut butter.
Whisk in an egg yolk for smoother sauce and added protein.
