Title: Stir Fried Broccoli With Salted Fish

2 tb Fried salted fish; diced
2 c Blanched broccoli; cut into
- bite-sized pieces
1 ts Garlic; fried in oil
1/4 ts Pepper
3 tb Cooking oil
1/4 c Soup stock
2 tb Oyster sauce

Heat oil in pan, add broccoli and soup stock.

Stir-fry quickly, season with oyster sauce, fried garlic, and pepper.
Add salted fish, stir-fry to combine.
