Title: Egg Salad Alden

Yield: 2 Servings

2 Eggs; hard-boiled; chopped
1/4 ts Dill seed
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Black pepper; coarse ground
2 ts Lemon juice
1/3 c Mayonnaise
2 Green onions; chopped
Alfalfa sprouts
Herb bread

Try to mix the salad 15 to 20 minutes ahead of time to give the
flavors a chance to blend and strengthen.

Use lots of sprouts as garnish to hold everything together.
