Title: Miso Gravy

Yield: 6 Servings

4 c Water or stock from cooking
- beans
2 tb Tomato paste
2 Carrots; chopped
4 tb Miso paste; up to 5 tb
1 Celery rib
Salt and pepper; to taste

Simmer all ingredients together and, when carrots are tender, blend
in an electric blender. Return to pan, re-heat, and serve.
