1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Nuts; blanched,
- finely chopped

Select nuts such as almonds, cashews, Brazil nuts, sunflower seeds,
etc.

Melt butter over a low heat and when it begins to brown, add nuts,
stirring until hot. Add a little salt and pour over grains or
vegetables.
