1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1 ts Cumin seeds; roasted
1/2 tb Oil
1/2 ts Black mustard seeds
2 c Yogurt
5 c Potatoes; finely chopped,
- cooked

Saute spices in oil in a small skillet for 1 to 2 minutes, until
mustard seeds pop. Mix all ingredients, chill, and serve.
