Title: Vegan Coconut Jalapeno Black Eyed Peas

1/2 lb Dry black-eyed peas
1 Whole coconut; meat and
-juice from
3 Jalapeno peppers; sliced
1 ts Adobo seasoning
1 ts Slap ya mama seasoning
3 cl Garlic; minced
1 tb Liquid smoke
1 ts Black pepper
3 ts Coconut oil
1 No-chicken vegan bouillon
-cube

Rinse and sort black eyed peas before adding them to an instapot.

Carefully crack a coconut and remove the juice and meat and add it to
the pot of beans.

Add remaining ingredients and enough water to cover beans.

Cook on meat and stew button.
