1 c Dry bulgur
2 c Water
2 md Onions; finely chopped
1 c Mint; chopped
3 c Fresh parsley; finely
-chopped
2 Tomatoes; finely diced
1/4 c Oil
2 Lemons; juice of
Salt
Soak bulgur for 2 hours. Mix in onions. Toss in mint, parsley,
tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, and salt.
