1/2 c Oil
1 c Soy flakes
2 Onions; chopped
2 Celery ribs; chopped
1 bn Broccoli
3 c Milk
1/2 c Whole wheat flour
1/4 c Wheat germ
1/2 c Cheese; shredded
1 cn Tuna fish
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped (optional)
Sauté soy flakes, onion, and celery in oil. Add Broccoli, milk, and
whole wheat flour, cook until broccoli is tender. Stir in wheat germ
and tuna fish and add a little water if necessary. Simmer for 5
minutes. Top with walnuts and cheese.
