MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

Title: Trumansburg Tuna Tango For Peter Kahn

Yield: 4 Servings

1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/4 c Green pepper; chopped
1/2 lb Whole wheat macaroni
2 c Tomato; chopped
2 cn Tuna; drained
1 c Colby cheese; grated
1/2 c Wheat germ
1 ts Parsley
1 cl Garlic
1/2 c Almonds; chopped; for
-topping

Start cooking macaroni in water. When half-cooked, add green pepper,
onion, and garlic. Cover and steam.

When macaroni is almost cooked, add tuna and parsley. Stir gently and
simmer.

Add tomato, and more water if stew is too thick. Simmer until onions
and peppers are tender.

Add cheese, chopped almonds, and wheat germ and serve!
