2 c Onions; chopped
1 c Celery; chopped
6 c Milk; warmed
2 c Canned or frozen lima beans
2 c Canned or frozen corn
1 c Cooked rice
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Chili powder
1 tb Soy sauce
Sauté vegetables in oil in a big pot until they are tender. Add corn
and cook for 5 minutes. Add lima beans, cooked rice, milk, and soy
sauce and spices. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with carrot fritters.
