Title: Carrot Fritters

Yield: 4 Servings

1 1/2 lb Carrots; grated
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 ts Baking powder
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 c Raisins
1/2 c Cottage cheese

Mix all ingredients. Fry by the spoonful onto hot, oiled pan.
