Title: Apple Fritters

Yield: 1 Batch

1 3/4 c Whole wheat flour
3 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg; beaten
1 c Milk or cottage cheese
1 tb Honey
1 tb Oil
8 sm Apples; chopped
Oil; for frying
Cinnamon
Nutmeg

Mix all ingredients. Fry by spoonful onto hot pan.
