Title: Banana Fritters

Yield: 8 Servings

3 tb Flour
2 tb Corn starch
1 tb Sugar or honey
1/2 c Milk
1 Egg; beaten
1/8 ts Baking powder
1 tb Butter; softened
8 Bananas; sliced lengthwise
2 tb Oil

Combine first four ingredients.

Stir next three ingredients.

Dip banana slices in mixture and brown in preheated oil.
