Title: Feta Peach Salad

Yield: 4 Salads

4 md Peaches; stoned, sliced
1/4 c Crumbled feta cheese
4 Fresh mint leaves; thin
- sliced
3 tb Raspberry vinaigrette

Arrange peach slices on 4 individual salad plates.
Sprinkle with feta and mint. Drizzle with dressing.

Title: Tortellini Carbonara
Categories: Five, Pasta, Pork, Dairy, Cheese
Yield: 4 servings

9 oz Bag refrigerated cheese
- tortellini
8 sl Bacon; chopped
1 c Heavy whipping cream
1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley

Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium
heat until crisp, stirring occasionally. Remove with a
slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Pour off
drippings.

In same pan, combine cream, cheese, parsley and bacon;
heat through over medium heat. Stir in tortellini. Serve
immediately.
