    Title: Chocolate Peanut Butter Candy Crunch

    Yield: 1 1/2 pounds

    1/2 c White baking chips
    1/2 c Extra chunky peanut butter
    1 c Graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c Dark chocolate chips,
    - divided
    1/2 c Coarsely chopped dry roasted
    - peanuts, divided

    Line a 11" X 7" baking sheet with parchment paper,
    letting ends extend up the sides. In a microwave, melt
    white baking chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth.
    Stir in graham cracker crumbs. Spread over parchment.

    In a microwave, melt 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips until
    smooth; spread over peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with
    1/4 cup peanuts. Refrigerate until firm, about 10
    minutes.

    Using parchment, lift candy out of pan. Flip rectangle
    over; remove parchment. In a microwave, melt remaining
    3/4 cup dark chocolate chips until smooth; spread over
    peanut butter layer. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup
    peanuts. Refrigerate until firm, about 10 minutes. Cut
    in 1" squares. Store in an airtight container in the
    refrigerator.

    Title: Cinnamon Monkey Bread
    Categories: Five, Breads, Herbs
    Yield: 16 servings

    30 oz (4 tubes) refrigerated
    - buttermilk biscuits
    1/2 c Sugar
    2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 c Butter; melted
    1/2 c Packed brown sugar

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces; shape into balls.
    Combine sugar and cinnamon. Roll each ball in cinnamon
    sugar. Arrange balls evenly in a generously greased 9-
    or 10-in. fluted tube pan. Sprinkle with remaining
    cinnamon sugar.

    Combine butter and brown sugar; pour over the top. Place
    tube pan on baking sheet; bake until dough is golden
    brown and cooked through, 35-45 minutes. Cool for 5
    minutes before inverting bread onto a serving platter.
