    Title: Hoisin Chicken Wonton Cups
    Categories: Five, Greens, Poultry, Pastry
    Yield: 24 servings

    24 Wonton wrappers
    Cooking spray
    12 1/4 oz Bag Asian chopped salad mix
    1 1/2 c Shredded rotisserie chicken
    2 tb Hoisin sauce

    Preheat oven to 350oF/175oC.

    Place wonton wrappers on a work surface; spritz with
    cooking spray. Press into greased muffin cups.

    Bake until lightly browned, 4-5 minutes. Immediately
    remove wonton cups to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake
    until bottoms of cups are lightly browned, 2-3 minutes
    longer. Remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

    Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine salad mix and
    shredded cooked chicken. Add salad dressing from the
    salad kit toss to coat; spoon into cooled wontons.
    Drizzle with hoisin sauce; serve immediately.

    Title: Cheesy Cheddar Broccoli Casserole
    Categories: Five, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy
    Yield: 8 servings

    10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
    - undiluted
    1 c Sour cream
    1 1/2 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
    - cheese; divided
    6 oz Can French-fried onions;
    - divided
    32 oz (2 bags) broccoli florets;
    - thawed

    Set oven @ 325ºF/165ºC.

    In a large saucepan, combine soup, sour cream, 1 cup
    cheese and 1 1/4 cups onions; heat through over medium
    heat, stirring until blended, 4-5 minutes. Stir in
    broccoli. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish.

    Bake, uncovered, until bubbly, 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle
    with the remaining cheese and onions. Bake until cheese
    is melted, 10-15 minutes.
