    to look for things like that, and to process them. But, I don't have a
    TIC processor set up over here.

    I was a co-author of a TIC processor for Synchronet called TinyTIC in 2000. It's open source and written in C.

    If need be, I could write a batch file to create TIC files if anyone wanted
    to use it to hatch things out but I don't think there's a high demand for
    that.
