Well I personally avoid using the term "nuts" because it sounds more like an insult to people who have mental health issues or a mental illness. And with the
current sitting President, it's easy enough for me to find other ways to insult

him. xD

It seems like it's common though for people, including myself, to "diagnose" people, from a distance, as having mental health issues. imo, it's not very productive and leads to a slippery slope when people diagnose other people's problems (physical or mental) when ideally, in a perfect world, it could be done
effectively by health care professionals (though I often don't have much faith in the
medical profession or mental health care system, tbh).

As for whether or not having mental health issues would be an impeachable offense,
it's probably a matter of whether or not a president is capable of performing his
duties. I don't really see he's doing a very good job, but I guess not enough congress-people feel he's doing such a bad job that he should be impeached. I see
the current prez as being a joke, and worry about the effect it will have on the
younger generation (particularly my nephews and nieces), how they'll view the US
Government and democracy as they grow up. It's one thing to be negative about politicians and government, negativity and mistrust which has grown exponentially
since the JFK assassination, Vietnam, and Watergate. But to have a president like
the one now really just sends a bad message, imo. But who knows.. I've been wrong
before. xD

When I say I see him as a joke, it's mostly the blatant lies. Saying one thing one
day then reversing himself the next, then again and again. It's like .. if you have a policy, of belief, then stick with it. It's ok to change your mind sometime, but when you frequently change what you state to believe, you can't be
taken seriously, and therefore not worth listening to. Which is not the sign of
a
good leader, a leader that will be respected, especially during times of conflict
when strong leadership is needed most, and lives depend on it.

As for people having mental health issues, even if I don't like someone, I try to
remember to have compassion. As my father committed suicide when I was 8, and I

first sought treatment for my issues when I was 19, back in '92. It would be very
hypocritical for me to say someone is "nuts" as an insult, for I am quite nuts!

Since the president is a public figure, he is fair game to be called
whatever folks want to call him. No matter how insulting that may be.
While most politicians understand this, and do not let such insults
bother them, this one takes it to heart whatever name(s) he is called.
And as a result can be vindictive. Very vindictive. I mean, we know
what he did with James Comey, who is now the former director of the
FBI. And we know what he did with Jeff Sessions, who is now the
former Attorney General. And we know what he is planning to do with
Hillary Clinton, who has also called him a bunch of names that have
never been repeated ...

It seems like it's common though for people, including myself, to

of saying he is nutty as a fruitcake.

Who is the most important person among the president's advisors?
Not any of his cabinet members. Not his attorney general. Not his
FBI director. Not even his chief of staff. Or his children. Or
his wife, girlfriend, or significant other. The most important
person is the president's shrink. That is who knows the president
best. His shrink knows exactly what makes him tick, and what
buttons to push to make him do (or not do) whatever is wanted.

Who does the president confide in? Who is his most trusted
advisor? Who is his one and only friend?

As for whether or not having mental health issues would be an impeachable offense, it's probably a matter of whether or not a president is capable

of

performing his duties.

And what, pray tell, are his duties? He did take an oath of office,
detailing what he must do. In order to faithfully execute his oath of
office, he is obligated to do exactly that.

I don't really see he's doing a very good job, but I guess not enough congress-people feel he's doing such a bad job that he should be

impeached.

The Congress gets to decide what are "high crimes and misdemeanors" -
which may not be the same as what anybody else may think. For example, President Andrew Johnson was impeached because the Congress held he
was a racist and a bigot. Even though the Senate acquitted him, by
one vote, he was still branded a racist and bigot. Another example
was President Bill Clinton being impeached because he got a blowjob
from a White House intern. The Senate also acquitted him, thanks
to a handful of jealous Senators.

Not to worry. He will be quickly forgotten once the next president
is sworn in.

Cajuns have a word describing such people as "fou-fou". People who
do not know any better. Foolish people. We know they are full of
beans, but never say anything because we already know who and what
they are. So we just let them talk, and talk, and talk ...

Have you ever heard Trump admit he was wrong? About anything?
Regardless of how many times he changes his own position, he is
never wrong. And he never apologizes for any of his mistakes,
as he is perfect. But that's okay. We all laugh at him. He
is the one who is fou-fou. Not the foolish mob ...

I do not envy the president. He asked for the gig. And we the
people hired him to do the job he asked for. So it is his own darn
fault, and has nobody else to blame.

Now you tell me. Is that something any sane person would do?

And to think, after he got the gig, he told us he would do it for free.
