Zone 4 is catching up, almost overtaking Zone 3. But even
if both Zone 3 and Zone 4 are combined with Zone 1, still less
than Zone 2. So why have zones at all?

Oh.

If Zone 2 had more individual unique sysop-names, you would
no longer be IC. And that would be a real travesty for all who
still believe Zone 1 still rules the roost.
