    Happy New Year!

Mine didn't go very well, with my home server crashing due to RAM exhaustion.

    Happy New Year,

    Holger

I know the problem. My old machine didn't crash but had to be rebooted
or did do it by itself every now and then due to little RAM.

Since I'm running the BBS under OS/2 it could reboot itself and
automatically come up again to run the BBS normally.

    Have a good night,

    Holger

See, that server is full disk encrypted and I had no off-band console access. It didn't actually "crash" but the out of memory killer took a lot of things down and the service was not operational again until I rebooted it.
