Although it boots successfully it isn't ready for primetime yet.

That pretty well much says it all except;
-={ '<Esc>:read !/lib/libc.so.6' starts }=-
GNU C Library (GNU libc) stable release version 2.31.
-={ '<Esc>:read !/lib/libc.so.6' ends }=-
Although it boots successfully it isn't ready for primetime yet. More importantly, still no penguins but inteldrmfb still works despite this setback.
only 2.30 is stable on gentoo, all older is masked
2.31 is still unstable
you may be gentoo developper before i die :)
a stock linux-4.6.11 kernel
That should be linux-5.6.11.
5.6.11-arch1-1 #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed, 06 May 2020 17:32:37 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux
Close enough. ;)
I wasn't quite ready to boot this one but you've forced my hand.

I am betting this one is closer to the virgin source that can be found
at any kernel.org mirror.
I'd have to agree. However, how long did it take to compile?
Mine took about 30 seconds and I was off doing other things.
Also, also we couldn't find the mc app you brought up in a previous
post. Care to share where it can be obtained?
in google play get Termux
pkg install mc
got it ?
now you can play with all kind of things even make your own
husky run in Termux, moha :)
could be nice to make a tarball in termux api so one can use it
on another phone/tablet where termux is supported on
"pkg install llvm"
"pkg install llvm"
Change it to "pkg install clang". That works and "binkd -vv" outputs;
Binkd 1.1a-104 (May 10 2020 08:38:37/Linux)
Compilation flags: clang.
Facilities: fts5004 ipv6
While I am at it "ldd binkd" reports;
libdl.so
libc.so
Now I just have to configure and get it working on the tablet over
it's wireless connection. I figure a point system would be best.
Life is good,
you can possible precompile into the pkg repo ?
so its just
pkg install binkd
more minimal then what i have on gentoo :)
my huawei p30 pro have hdmi via usb dongle, then i have a 49"
monitor to all kind of things, put the phone in desktop mode its
not a dream :)
the phone have 4k @ 60 fps, not many pc's can do this yet
