    Some of these look very interesting. The Noob series intrigues me. But most of these appear to be audio-only? Is the Kindle edition an audio format too?

    It seems that a lot of the popularity has been the audible versions.
    I wonder why that is. I haven't been consistent with the written version of the Wandering Inn (I keep encountering a lot of other reading distractions!) ..but I suppose there is something powerful in listening to someone TELLING a story (much like around a campfire or another relaxed setting) than reading it.

    Yes, I know that my step-father has gone absolutely crazy since he discovered audible. He?s often on the toad, traveling between sites etc and so he listens to books in the car, There seem to be a lot of people who similarly find it convenient to listen while they do other things.

    I know I'm replying to a pretty old message, but It's something I flagged to reply to andnever got around to it.

    This list is, unfortunately, to the audible versions, but all of them are available on Kindle as well.
    There's quite a large part of the community which much prefers listening to reading for a variety of reasons..

    I have no idea in general, but I've heard one or two of the guys saing that they listen while driving long distances which makes all kinds of sense to me.
