Crisis averted!

Calibre is lying. The books DO get transferred to my new device. Prior to noticing that, I tried Adobe Digital Editions; it actually showed Monroe and "..Big Chests" were on the device! I doubled checked after disconnecting the device from apps.. and there they were indeed. Whew.
