    More re character development: she stays in character and develops slowly which will resonate with adolescents. Her level ups are seriously fast, which as an adult has my sceptical side going 'right!' But it's enjoyable and adolescents will love it.

    Yeah.. once you read more in the genre, you'll see it's a general fault. In this case, I think the "prior knowledge" excuse works pretty well to justify it.
    I also agree, it will resonate with adolescents... they all think they know everything... ?
