Ok.. it's never as funny having to explain the joke.. and maybe it's just nerdy and not funny...
Essentially, it's taking a bunch of StarWars characters and putting them into character as members of the typical D&D/LitRPG delving party...

I noticed the ST names, but I guess that I wasn't in the frame
of mind to decode the spoof.

Why do seagulls fly over the sea? Because, if they flew over
    the bay they'd be bagels.

Btw.. The technical bits in Monroe are getting to feel a bit long-in-the-tooth. I understand the need to acquire the points
and necessary scores to qualify for certain spells to "summon"
the feline into the new world. I'm anxious to already be at
that point but the protagonist has barely achieved his first
    requirement of many. :(

I'd forgotten that part... I must admit, I remember now being frustrated and wishing he'd just "get it done already"...
It's a significant watershed in the storyline when it does happen. I must admit I prefer the story from after Monroe joins him...

I just paid $10 to read ahead 30 extra chapters on Patreon because I couldn't wait for them to land on RR... now I'm back to waiting with no way of reading more... It's driving me crazy ;-) (My wife will tell you that's not a long journey at all...)

    Enjoy the read
    All the best

BTW.. I'm caught up to the part where Monroe enters the new world. I literally sailed/skipped through Bob's challenges with the rats, boars, and the crystal negotiations, bacon/ribs supplies. I basically only just read the first and last sentence of each paragraph and "got the gist" just fine from CH21-27. I hope that won't be necessary as the story progresses.

    Ciao!

Nah. As that arc ends then it moves along a lot better. Well, I think so, but then I read this stuff one chapter or two a week...

Did you write that correctly: "one chapter or two a WEEK"?

    I thought you where a marathon speed-reader.

Since the chapters in Monroe are fairly short, I could push for
    3 or 4 chapters a NIGHT.

Difficult to read the chapters faster than they are written!!

Ah.. I wrongly assumed that you discovered and read Monroe
    after it was mostly completed.
