Then I suggest THe Flaming Wrath of Arelor, a lightweight fantasy read.

I was building a nice campaign last yearfor promoting my work, but it kind of got frozen due to real life issues. I am thinking of retaking it after I figure out how to better present the writings. More information at richardfalken.com

Have you tried loading an .ePub file to see what happens? Does your model support it?

"EPUB is a common ebook format around the web, but the Kindle can't read it natively. That's okay; you can convert . epub files to Mobi files for the Kindle to read. The key is a free piece of software called Calibre."

Do you have a laptop that you can use in conjunction with you ereader? Install Calibre, and the you can convert .epub files to .mobi, and transfer those the ereader.
