And this brings up a pet peeve of mine.
One is in a meeting, dining out, etc with others and they put their
phone on the table. Like they are so important. I find that rude. Unless an important call is expected, keep in your pocket, purse or holster.

I tend to keep mine in my pocket when dining out, but empty my pockets
of my wallet and pocket calendar... those two have a bad tendency to
fall out anyway...or to just be in the way...
