Yes it is. I've been a fan of that comic for many years and a lot of
them I remember and use from time to time.
Such as two dogs on a hillside watching a third dart through busy highway traffic and saying "OK, Rusty's in the club".
One I use a lot in this area is a two panel strip.
First panel: "A normal day on the highway" with cars going along with no problems.
Second panel: One, lonely snowflake floating down with the caption "First snowflake of the season" with cars running into each other, off the road,
etc. That always reminds me of this area. :)

That's the way it is around here. A Grocery Store Warning is issued,
and all the bread, milk, beer, and toilet paper, in area stores, just vanishes!!
