People around are (along with states bordering Ohio) complain about Ohio drivers. They seem (n general) to be the worse in the country [or city for that matter].
Once they cross the river they seem to forget what red lights/stop signs mean, what speed limits mean, etc.

Or like the old joke...? "She's pretty", "She's ugly", "You're both
right, she's pretty ugly"..... ;)
