commercials. I recall his being in the latest model De Soto and waving at t JM>camera as he drove off.
Then at the end of the show was a large De Soto logo with him opening an
O telling people to be sure to tell the dealer Grouch sent them, with a JM>wiggle of his cigar and eye brows.
Trivial side.
When The Marx Brothers were the toast of Broadway in the '20s, Groucho
bought a house on Long Island and needed a car. His first car? A 1928 De JM>Soto.
