Yup, both my personal and work phones (both iPhones) support it, but I've not had the opportunity to try it as of yet. As I upgrade phones I usually just pop the sim card out of my old phone and put it into my new one.
Not sure what the process of moving an esim over looks like. Judging by some posts like this one on reddit, it looks like you may have to buy an eSIM voucher to move it over?
