How do I move down the list of messages while I am reading.

Assuming that you wish to read the next message without going back to the message list, here's what the help topic says .....

OpenXP's context-sensitive help via F1 is quite complete. Just
press it at any time at any menu or function level and you will
get related Help on the matter.
