I suspect the answer will be "can't" - but I'm trying to set the initial window size for lingot when it starts up. It differs between raspberry pi OS and Mint, and playing with .Xresources doesn't seem to help.
Can it be done, and how? It starts much larger on Mint (MATE), and I need it to be a lot larger on RPi (no mouse on system for easy resizing, for one thing).
I'm not sure it makes a difference, but the Pi is running with the lwm window manager.
TIA.

There does not seem to be an awareness of the issue.
Settings don't point that way.

"Originally conceived to tune electric guitars,
it can now be used to tune any instrument."
Now, look at the decorations on the window. Hmmm.

There is only an "X" to exit the application.
The other decorations are missing.
