    I don't think there is a specific config tool for rpi in rocky (like raspi-config)

    yeah, no, I installed it headless.
    But well, I didn't see anything about a tool either. So I guess there
    isn't.

    raspi-config is just a shell script:
    https://github.com/RPi-Distro/raspi-config

    so you may be able to run it directly. However a number of the settings
    it's changing are Debian-specific. It can perhaps manipulate /boot/config.txt fine, but changing settings in the OS may not work.
