• Mirror Down?

From Mike Powell@1:2320/105 to All on Friday, June 07, 2024 08:52:42
    Good morning,
I have tried for a couple of days now to perform an "apt upgrade" on my Pi.
    The
system tries to pull data from mirror.umd.edu but is not able to connect. I have tried to PING the site but get no response.

My sources.list is pointed to http://raspbian.raspberrypi.com/raspbian/ , which is then redirecting to the mirror site.

Is there a workaround for when raspbian.raspberrypi.com redirects to a mirror that is not responding?

    Thanks!

I would post this on the Raspberry Pi forum - that is monitored by
Raspberry Pi engineers, who may be able to answer
