I just uploaded the new wsLogManager program, a web based log management program for winserver. This program has the ability to read, archive, and archive & delete logs.

I have also included support to read in logs from other folders, or even
other drives. Although in this version it will not archive or archive and delete those logs.

You can exclude files to be archived or deleted as well.
