• BBS Listing Door

From Tiny@21:1/130 to Apam on Wednesday, July 24, 2019 11:32:46
    Hey Man,

Installed the BBS list door over here on my Windows XP VM running Ezycom.
The only issue I had was the syncterm.lst file seems to be loading from my c:\ezy directory and not from the bbslist.exe directory. No big deal as I spent 5 mins copying it everywhere until it was found. ;)

In local mode it does read it from it's own directory though. I assume this has something to do with how NFU creates the door32.sys drop file and does the whole dos shim business. (See it live off the main menu)

That's odd. It loads it from the current working directory. I always launch my doors from a shell script that changes to the door directory then executes the door. Not sure how that would work with netfoss etc.

Just FYI, current working directory is where it's looking in my Linux/32 build of the BBS listing.

I do the same thing here with the batch file. :) As I said it must
have something to do with the netfoss shim, but doesn't matter it
works. Just had to figure out why it couldn't find the file.
