I believe it was the COMBAT DELAY setting, was it not?
I run 2 diff. versions and maps on my BBS but I cannot locate my notes that I used to adjust any other speed settings. Thought maybe it was in the connection string or .cfg or .bat, but nothing else sticks out to me.

It does seem slow. I figured that was because I set it up to use fossil because the documentation strongly suggests it.

However, something I noticed about SyncTerm that I didn't know is that it senses when I enter OO and goes into OOterm mode. If I answer yes to the OOterm question when the door asks, it works faster.
