• BSO Mail Monitor?

From Dumas Walker@21:1/175 to All on Thursday, August 01, 2024 08:27:00
Is there a utility out there, that runs under linux, that will display the outgoing mail waiting for a system using binkd pr BinkIT as the mailer?

I am looking for something that works similar to the window one would see when using BinkleyTerm for DOS, which showed which nodes had outbound mail waiting. I have tried before to set up the linux BT version but never could get it to start up.

    Thanks!

I have this python script from Wilfred van Velzen that output binkitjs outbuond stats

You can begin using this code as example to parse the outbound and use libnotify/notificaction-daemon or same for notify at your desktop
