LAX is further away. :) Last time I checked, IPv6 routes went from Oz
via Asia to the US. But only one way to find out. But perhaps NZ
traffic goes directly to the US, so it might be worth a shot.

Yep in my case Hawaii to a site near LAX and it seems to have helped a little. I was just starting to suspect my first choice was a little
slow and thought I'd try this one.
Big issue for me is with the last Tunnel there was a local provider in
New Zealand I could connect to, now that's no longer the case :(
