I think part of the reason the ACER Altos range chew power, is there is nothing
low powered in there. The chassis fan is rated for 19.2W thats some fan, add a couple of those in and you've get a spare CPU. Not to mention the 600w power
supply, which if you're not using close to its 600 is going to be running fairly inefficiently.

Anyway its all in the past now, I've re-relegated them to the recycle. I cleared a stack of some seven cases today, and an old CRT tv that still had composite input on it... wonder if I might regret that one... but anyway...

I didn't find what I was looking for though :/ Which was/is a raspbi pi zero ,
its all set up for web cam capture, thought I might get a better pic for the web page out the kitchen window instead of pointing up in the air it'd be more panoramic.
