to repro the issues of char cut and the LF CR thing that would be

It seems there is another bug in Mystic with long-lines. It adds a whitespace after 80 characters in quotes.
It's not a problem across the board. I saw a message from an MBSE
BBS with long paragraphs intact. That makes me think that MBSE
also wraps messages at 80 characters.
I don't understand what you mean.
g00r00 has eyes on this an is planning to update the prealphas and I
think that is what you'll want. Should be soonish.

I don't think we need further tests. It is already established that
Mystic 2020/ 03/26 and 2020/03/29 builds don't do line wrapping for

2) downgrade to an older Mystic build
3) use another tosser

It's the MUTIL in Mystic that is being tested Oli and the versions I am testing are not tied to those releases.
