Well it dropped but hopefully this week or weekend I will get to see it. I
may watch it tonight without the wife if she isn't interested yet.

I was disappointed to learn that Wandavision was only for 1 season. They did a good job I thought going back to the 50's 60's and 70's TV sitcoms.

Yep it's running now, first episode out a few days ago. Wednesday evenings
over here in New Zealand.

I watched the sixth episode last week. Reading some reviews of the finale on the Internet (TIME, The Guardian) I realized that I'm so not into MCU and multiverse gobbledygook. The production was so good that I was a bit disappointed by the silly story. Loki and Sylvie-Loki were a bit boring after a while. I loved Owen Wilson as Mobius, Wunmi Mosaku as Hunter B-15, Miss Minute and the Classic Loki though. I hope they have a better story with less artificial dialogues in season 2.

Fair enough. I do think that with a lot of the MCU stuff the longer they roll out the harder it gets for someone new to wrap their head around all of it. I say that because often there are some indirect references to past shows or stories etc.. and not knowing that can be a bit of hindrance.

I'll be interested to see where the characters that surfaced in this show are taken in season 2 :)

Yep. I agree. I find if you just watch a show there is enough in it to make sense stand alone, but once you see a few shows you can see how the MCU is so much bigger and interlinked.

I sussed this one quickly. DC has Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman,
The Flash, Cyborg in it... and that I think is about it... the MCU is far bigger for comic book characters it seems.

In the movies, yes. If you start adding in stuff on the small screen (and a couple of movies not in your list) you get Arrow (The Green Arrow), Shazam, Swamp Thing, Birds of Prey (Black Canary,Huntress, Oracle), Constantine, the show Legends of Tomorrow, Titans (The teen titans), Lucifer, Black Lightning, probably a bunch more I've forgotten. The CW has been loading up DC shows for years.
