My younger brother was given a head start on our ancestry years ago,
but didn't do anything with it. I have definitely made up for that.
I have been with Ancestry.com for many years. I have also found that doing research for others can be a lucrative business.

I also use https://www.wikitree.com/ which is totally free. The beauty
of this site is that it attempts to see how we all are related. I get daily notices of any updates and weekly notices advising me of my relationships to others including celebrities. I am 21 Degrees to
Prince Philip through my wife's side of the family.
I highly recommend this site if you are into your family history.

It's totally free and is dependent on individuals to upload their findings.
